Details: TMQ. CVK pulse vacuum autoclave is a small-sized automatic high pressure and temperature sterilization equipment which takes pressure steam as medium. It is suitable for sterilizing articles likes dressings, utensils, Class B cavum equipment, medical catheter that used in stomatology, dentistry, surgical, laboratory.

Main feature and characters
It is controlled by macro-processor, touch screen, and SCM is adopted as main control. Those makes the system stable and perfect.

Temperature, pressure, time, type are shown digitally, and there are states indicator.

There are three set sterilize program, 2 test program for the Users.

It has BD test program for dressing package steam penetrability inspection.

It has vacuum test program, vacuum leakage is less than 0.13Kpa/min.

Vacuum pump which imported from Germany is equipped, vacuum degree could reach -0.08MPa(-0.8Bar)after three times pulse. The air in the clearance of dressing, sterilizing bag and dentist hand device can be pumped out to reach perfect steam saturation.

Pulse behind vacuum drying system, the vacuum can reach -0.08Mpa (-0.8Bar), and the residue humidity of instrument after drying will not exceed 0.2%.

Automatic electron safety lock ensures the door be locked when there's automatic warning, faults and no power.

0.22 ¦Ì m bacterium air filter of air after vacuum, re-pollution can be avoided.

Faults could be inspected automatically, and faults code could be displayed digitally.

Built-in water tank, pure water and dirty water could be separated.

Printer could be equipped according to users requirements.

Buzzer gives alarm when all the cycles are ended.

Safety device

The system will auto cut off power when temperature over the rated temperature.

Door safety device: Electric lock makes the sterilization could be run under conditions of the door is closed correctly, if the chamber ahs pressure the door can not be opened.

Lower water level alarm device: When water level in the tank is
Lower than required, the power will be cut off automatically,
Meanwhile alarm signals will be sent.

When chamber pressure is over rated value the safety valve could be opened automatically.

Electron safety device: The DC control loop with over pressure
